At this year's Hammer Strength Clinics, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength went to 11 different cities around the United States and brought in more than 70 different speakers to share the best in athletic strength training. The 900 attendees included high school and college coaches, pro teams, performance trainers, personal trainers, nutritionists, rehab trainers, and aspiring coaches who are students at colleges and high schools.
Some of this year’s top speakers:
Joe Kenn, Carolina Panthers, Jeff Connors, East Carolina Pirates, Ron McKeefery, University of Tennessee, John Sisk, Furman University, Pat Ivy, University of Missouri, and Neil Puduzi, Georgia Tech.

The 2012 Olympic Games are quickly approaching and here at Life Fitness, we’re getting excited to watch top athletes compete on the world’s largest stage. My favorite summer Olympic sport has always been gymnastics. Gymnasts train diligently and have the rock-hard bodies to prove it. Requiring balance, strength, speed and rhythm, it is of the most challenging sports you’ll see at the games.

Be committed. Make exercise a part of your everyday life, instead of just temporary activity. Athletes are always thinking about how to improve their performance and stay committed to reaching new goals. Start by being committed enough to work out even on those days even when you don't feel like it.
