Kathy Ekdahl

2011 Personal Trainer to Watch Honoree

With more than 22 years of fitness industry experience, Ekdahl has created holistic programs on body image and self-conscientiousness, nutrition and exercise for teens and adults. In addition, she has helped raise money for local organizations including the Boston City of Hope Campaign in which she raised $100,000 in two years. Ekdahl is women’s lacrosse coach at Hudson High School, a certified golf fitness instructor and NSCA strength and conditioning specialist.
