Mary Beth Knight

2012 Honoree

A former clinically obese smoker, Mary Beth was nearly 200 pounds and losing confidence and hope. At the age of 30 she realized that she couldn’t wait for the world to make her happy anymore. Through exercise the weight started to come off and two years later she crossed the finish line at Ironman Lake Placid and never looked back. Mary Beth became a spinning instructor and personal trainer and later purchased Revolution Fitness, the same gym that helped her change her life. It is Mary Beth’s life mission to help others, alleviate their pain (physical and emotional) and gain confidence to live the life they deserve.
