Shawn Slade is a certified strength and holistic lifestyle coach with goals to increase strength, function and optimal health in his clients. Shawn has been helping clients and his community of London, Ontario for over 5 years. He is committed to ongoing industry education that allows him to empower his clients to achieve their goals and maintain them for a life. In addition to running a personal training practice, Shawn is conducting graduate academic research to bring awareness to the need for knowledgeable personal trainers in a time when society is faced with growing numbers affected by addiction, obesity and disease.
