Since 2005, Tonja has been David Lloyd Leisure’s top-performing personal trainer, conducting between 40 and 50 sessions per week, as well as a full schedule of studio groups and motivational classes. She has a natural interest in nurturing and motivating people to go the extra mile to reach their goals, and her well-honed client-service skills stem from personal empathy. This dedication extends to arranging and participating in fitness-oriented charity events with clients and members. Among other qualifications, she is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified corrective exercise and performance exercise specialist.
