Integrate with Equipment

With the LFconnect app, exercisers don’t have to go through multiple steps every time they want to use Life Fitness cardio equipment. The automatic exerciser identification feature instantly recognizes users when on any Elevation Series with Discover Tablet Consoles or Engage consoles and downloads their workout settings and data, so exercisers can connect and go.
Strength Tracking

LFcodes

LFcodes let users track strength workouts with the LFconnect app simply by scanning the QR code or “bumping” the NFC-enabled LFcode with a smart phone. Each LFcode is affixed to a specific Signature Series Single Station machine. When scanned, the LFcode opens the strength tracking portion of the LFconnect app which provides:

 

  • • Accurate calorie calculation based on user’s weight, workout duration and intensity level
  • • Recommended machine set-up based on details about the exerciser
  • • Convenient tracking of sets, repetitions and weight amounts
  • • An instructional video, which shows the correct way to use the machine

Goal Setting

Weekly Workout Goals

The LFconnect app’s dashboard feature allows exercisers to monitor and set weekly goals for number of calories burned when connected to the Discover or Engage consoles. Throughout the week, the app dashboard’s meter fills up as the exerciser inches closer to their goal.

Schedule Workouts

The app’s Today’s Scheduled Workouts section shows exercisers what workouts they have scheduled for the day. Exercisers can easily create and schedule workouts on the LFconnect website to access from the app. Once connected to Discover or Engage consoles, the exerciser knows exactly their day’s schedule without scrolling through the entire workout library.
Results Tracking

Syncs with LFconnect.com

The LFconnect app automatically syncs to the LFconnect website, so exercisers can see their total workout progress in an easy-to-read chart, including total time, distance and calories burned. Exercisers can also create custom workouts online before accessing them on their app when synced with the Discover or Engage consoles.

Create an Account

Manual Entry

Exercisers can also track workout results for both cardio and strength manually on the app. This feature works for the exercisers who do not connect the LFconnect app to equipment consoles, but still want to track their training goals on their mobile devices. With the manual feature, exercisers can create a name for the workout and save the time, distance and weight/reps to their account.

GPS

The LFconnect app gives exercisers the ability to track their outdoor training, such as running or biking, by utilizing the Apple or Android device’s GPS. The free feature syncs outdoor training results automatically to the website and app’s Results section for an account of the exerciser’s total workout regimen.

LFconnect app is compatible with the Elevation Series with Discover SE and SI Tablet Consoles, Elevation Series Engage Console, Consumer Platinum Club Series Engage Console, Consumer Track Console and LFconnect website.
