Participate in National Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October by joining the united effort to raise funds that support research, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and a cure for the disease. Stay active with one of these charitable walks for a cure.

To recognize National Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, fitness enthusiasts can join a united effort by participating in charitable walks for a cure. Organized walks are a great way to exercise for an important cause, raise funds, and support research, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and a cure for the disease.

Plus, as high levels of estrogen have been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer and excess body fat stores estrogen, consistent exercise is a great way to reduce overall body fat and take action in your personal commitment to breast cancer prevention. Don't let October pass by without participating in a breast cancer awareness walk!
