With over eight years of experience, Blake Robinson is one of Utah’s top personal trainers. He operates his own training studio, Evolve Fitness, and is a certified NSCA strength and conditioning specialist. He received a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Utah State University. Blake provides his clients and community with goal-oriented corporate wellness training, private personal training, e-training and group fitness programs to encourage clients to become their ideal self through proper nutrition, focused resistance/cardio training and behavior modification through smart goal setting. Outside of his gym, Blake coaches free outdoor fitness classes in downtown Salt Lake City.
