In introducing more than 50 new products this year, Life Fitness expected the IHRSA convention to be ground-breaking, but the buzz this year’s show created was unprecedented.
Our Fitness Forward line of products, which include the Synrgy360, Lifecycle GX group cycling bike, and Lifescape entertainment options, drew national media attention. Yahoo News reported that the Lifecycle GX was the future of indoor cycling.

Life Fitness co-founder and industry celebrity Augie Nieto shared in our excitement and inspired our team in a way that only he can. He was joined by other star visitors to the booth, like Olympic and world champion sprinter Michael Johnson, The Incredible Hulk Lou Ferrigno and Mark Wahlberg.
We were also able to forge new partnerships with elite brands in their categories, like TRX. On Thursday, March 15th, Life Fitness signed an agreement with TRX to distribute select branded products like suspensions trainers, with the Synrgy360 personal training system.
Synrgy360 saw a cult following at the show. Barholics, an advanced body-weight training group, saw the product video online and joined our team at the booth to goof around. Watch their performance:
We highlighted our tech advances by featuring Lifescape products in a glass showroom that often had a line to enter for product trial. Our exclusive content and workout landscapes that match resistance and incline levels to the terrain of the on-screen visual have never been seen before.
The products at this year’s IHRSA were a bold statement—but there’s more to come. We’re signaling a resurgence of product innovation with this show. Keep watching.
