With over 20 years of experience, Jean Scott is one of New Zealand’s leading personal fitness trainers. She operates from her own training studio, is a certified REPs personal trainer and group fitness leader, and has received accreditation in fitness management from the University of Otago. In addition to maintaining comprehensive fitness endorsements, Jean specializes in heart-healthy exercises for individuals with cardiovascular disease, post natal assessment, outdoor group training, and heal th and lifestyle advice. Outside of her studio, Jean coaches group fitness at Les Mills Christchurch and actively organizes charity runs, triathlons and other events in New Zealand.
