HISTORIC UNIVERSITY
West Virginia University is represented by the Mountaineers in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision. The Mountaineers have been a competing member in the Big 12 Conference since 2012 and have won seven Big East Conference titles and eight Southern Conference titles.

The Athletic Performance Center at West Virginia University is home to all WVU Olympic sport programs. This workout space is customized with blue and gold Hammer Strength HD Elite racks and bumper plates featuring The Mountaineers’ logo to bolster school pride. Open since 2019, this performance center is ideal for all Olympic sport training.
