The gym is home to more than 25 pieces of Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, a free weights area with dumbbells up to 60kg and 18 adjustable benches, plus four HD Eiite Power Racks and over 2000kg of Hammer Strength Olympic plates. The functional training area is dominated by a 30ft HD Athletic Rig, providing a versatile performance strength training area for Pump Gyms’ members.
INTERACTIVE WORKOUT EXPERIENCES
Fans of indoor cycling can enjoy an elevated group exercise experience in the 35-bike ICG® studio, with ICG® Connect providing a connected user experience. The ICG® Connect system takes a rider’s data and integrates it with a range of visual formats, including gamification and interactive scenery. Participants can also ride with or against each other to meet group and individual targets, win team battles, and achieve personal bests.
