Jim PisaniChief Executive Officer Jim joined as CEO in July 2023, bringing over 25 years of industry experience. He previously served as CEO of the Outdoor & Recreation Business Segment of Newell Brands and Global President at Timberland. |
Arjun LalChief Financial Officer Arjun joined in February 2023 with over 20 years of financial experience. He previously served as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal. |
Andrew MahadevanChief Commercial Officer Andrew joined in 2015 as Director of Sales & Development and was promoted to CCO in 2024. He brings 15+ years of industry experience and previously held various commercial roles within Life Fitness. |
Jillian LeeChief Human Resources Officer Jillian joined in 2005 as HR Manager and was promoted to CHRO in 2023. She brings 20+ years of HR experience and previously held various roles within Brunswick Corp., including VP of HR for a private logistics firm. |
Dan WilleChief Product Officer Dan joined in 2004 as Director of Consumer Product Development and was promoted to CPO in 2019. He brings 20+ years of industry experience and previously held various roles within Life Fitness. |
