ICG Digital Solutions for Connected Indoor Cycling Connected training beyond the bike.

For facilities running ICG indoor bikes, the ICG Training App is built to work with the bikes your riders already use. It supports structured workouts at home, in the studio and alongside coached classes, tracks progress over time and connects to Apple Health™, Google Fit™ and Strava™. Among indoor cycling apps, it keeps personal training inside the same ICG ecosystem riders use in class. When comparing apps for indoor cycling, look for bike compatibility, progress tracking and easy data sharing.

Connected fitness equipment improves the gym member experience by turning every workout into something riders can see, measure and share. With ICG Connect, riders see their performance on screen during class, and the ICG Training App lets them keep training and tracking progress between visits. For operators, that visibility supports gym member engagement and gives riders a reason to come back.

Gamification gives riders goals, friendly competition and instant feedback, which helps keep workouts motivating over time. That is why gamification fitness apps and game-based class formats have become popular in commercial fitness. ICG Connect brings this into the cycling studio with gamification formats and real-world scenery rides, so instructors can keep cycling classes fresh and vary their group fitness programming.

It offers the on-screen engagement riders look for in a gym bike with screen, shared across the whole class and driven by each rider's own performance data.

Yes. The ICG Training App connects with Apple Health™, Google Fit™ and Strava™, so riders can share their indoor cycling data and get a complete overview of their performance and activity in the platforms they already use. Available for iOS® and Android™, it works as a fitness tracking app for recreational riders and athletes alike.

The ICG Training App gives instructors and personal trainers a simple way to deliver structured workouts and support clients beyond the studio. Among fitness apps for personal trainers and other apps for fitness trainers, it is purpose-built for ICG indoor bikes, so trainers can guide clients at home, in the studio or alongside coached classes, and clients can share their training data easily.

ICG Digital Solutions are designed to integrate with all Life Fitness ICG indoor bikes. Because ICG Connect and the ICG Training App are indoor cycling software built specifically for ICG connected fitness bikes, they deliver accurate performance data and seamless connectivity from the bike to the screen and the app.

ICG Connect is the connected cycling system from Life Fitness ICG that captures and visualizes each rider's performance data during indoor cycling classes. It delivers video-based workouts, gamification formats and real-world scenery rides designed specifically for studios. Integrated into the ICG ecosystem, it helps studios create classes that are interactive, data-driven and visually compelling.

ICG Digital Solutions are the digital tools built for Life Fitness ICG indoor cycling: ICG Connect for immersive studio classes and the ICG Training App for structured personal training. Both are designed to integrate with Life Fitness ICG indoor bikes, so performance data, connectivity and training content work together as one connected fitness ecosystem.

ICG indoor bikes measure rider performance and connect to ICG digital tools. In the studio, ICG Connect displays that data on screen for the whole class. For personal training, the ICG Training App records each workout and syncs with Apple Health™, Google Fit™ and Strava™, so riders can follow their progress over time.
