As NR Health and Fitness continues to expand its portfolio of clubs, Life Fitness / Hammer Strength has been a key partner throughout that journey. Working closely with the NR Health & Fitness team, the dedicated account manager has optimised floor space, equipment layout, and facility design to create highly functional gyms that maximise the member experience.
For the Thetford facility, the ambition was to raise the overall build quality while maintaining the brand’s value-for-money approach. Through a collaborative design process, the team created a modern, premium-feel environment that reflects the brand’s growth and evolving standards.

Strength training plays a central role in the Thetford gym, with an extensive Hammer Strength offering including HD Athletic NX Half Racks, plate loaded and free weights equipment.
