This state-of-the-art facility includes the very latest cardio equipment, cable motion training range and Hammer Strength equipment. Members will also have access to the Lifestyle Lounge for additional workout, stretching and warm up spaces, as well as our NEW 4DMe Body Mapping Scanner - allowing them to set measurement goals and track your progress.
With our SE3HD consoles Ribby Hall are able to offer members an immersive fitness experience with instructor-led classes, integrated streaming video services and captivating real world workouts.
The team of qualified gym fitness instructors and personal trainers will give members the knowledge, confidence and ongoing support to help exercise safely. All members have the opportunity to partake in our 4 stage induction process, which allows instructors to tailor a bespoke exercise programme to work towards achieving members fitness goals

Ribby Hall are able offer an unrivalled timetable of group fitness classes with over 80 to choose from mornings, lunchtimes and evenings. All classes are hosted in purpose-built studios including a Cycling Studio and Mind & Body Studio. Even those with the busiest of lifestyles can enjoy an array of gym classes - from beginners to the more advanced.
Fitness classes include Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Interval Training, Pilates, Body Pump, Zumba, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Karate and much more!
