It’s made in the USA from a patented non-slip, dually over-molded base material that is meant to withstand normal usage on a consistent, daily basis while keeping the same structural integrity. The burst-resistant material is both latex and phthalate free with a smooth, non-skid, non-marking base. The base is reinforced with a dual over-mold for added strength.
