Earlier this year, we gave you a list of 15 song to kick off 2015 and keep you in the gym when many people are already giving up on their New Year's Resolutions. The cold, snowy winter that so many of us endured this year did not do much in the way of helping people stay in their fitness routines, especially those that are runners and love to get outdoors.
Now that April is here and Spring has started to show itself in many parts of the country, more and more of us will be back out in the fresh air getting in those runs and outdoor workouts. With that in mind, I put together another #FitIn15 playlist to keep you moving, regardless of your activity choice.
#FitIn15 Spring Workout Playlist
This is always a funny time of year for new music, with many songs from the start of the year still topping the charts and most of your favorite artists holding back some music for the summer. However, there have been some new releases in the past few weeks that have left me tapping along to the beat and wanting to get out on the road or into the gym. Hopefully, they'll do the same for you!
The first track on the playlist, "GDFR" by Flo Rida, has been all over NBA coverage lately, and with the playoffs on the horizon, we're sure to hear plenty more of it. One of my favorite songs out right now is from Snoop Dogg, who paired up with Charlie Wilson on his new track, "Peaches & Cream", which debuted recently on the hit TV show Empire.
This time of year is always big for music festivals, and DJ's have taken center stage at many of them. They are also a big part of this playlist, with Calvin Harris, Skrillex, and Zedd all snagging spots within this list with guest appearances by big name artists like Ellie Goulding, Justin Bieber, and Selena Gomez.
The rest of the list is made up of some newcomers like Andy Grammer, old favorites like Kid Rock, and playlist staples such as Charlie XCX, Drake, and Fall Out Boy.
