A Workout To Maximize Your Total Body

The Cybex Workout Center provides programming for all skill levels and targets four of the major fitness goals that many of us have when entering the gym. Recently, we shared the second weight loss workout in the series of four, designed to help you master the movements. This workout uses the Arc Trainer and Bravo Functional Trainer to provide both a cardio and strength workout to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Maximize Your Total Body

This workout is designed to create a high intensity, metabolic power workout while also delivering a great lower body strength and cardio power workout. You will be targeting the total body with every exercise on the Bravo and focusing on the lower body while you are on the Arc Trainer.


Train to Win

Reminder, this is the third in a series of four weight-loss workouts, so be sure that you've mastered the movements in the first two programs and are ready to move on before starting this one.

  • Equipment: Cybex Arc Trainer, Cybex Bravo
  • Total Time: Approximately 30-45 Minutes

Please note that it may take some time to get used to using the Arc Trainer in Adaptive Power Mode. Once you find the appropriate settings, you will find that it delivers a workout that burns calories like no other workout can.
