Today, she shares her favorite Arc Trainer Workout.

My Total Body Arc Trainer Workout

This high intensity workout consists of 6 supersets. Each superset includes 2 rounds of 2 exercises with no rest in between. Be sure to safely get on and off the Cybex Arc Trainer between each exercise. Before beginning, step on your Cybex Arc Trainer, etner your body weight and set the machine to turn off after 3 minutes - giving you enough time to perform each strength exercise before returning to cardio.

A tough, intense workout

This is a very tough, intense workout. Be sure to adjust the resistance and incline levels to your skill and comfort level. Keep proper form and do your best to complete the full workout.
