We hebben het ontworpen om brute kracht op te bouwen door de heupen en de achterste ketting, waardoor de basismechanica achter sprinten, springen en tillen wordt versterkt. Elke herhaling traint de gebruiker om explosiever, stabieler en moeilijker te breken te zijn.
