Our Ground Base® Squat / High Pull allows users to face either direction based on their training goals and comfort. Facing out provides a more traditional squat setup with a natural grip on the angled handles, while facing in can adjust the loading pattern and engagement. Both options reinforce full-body stability and proper force production.
Yes, the work arms are independent to allow for high pulls to be performed on either side of the machine.
While our Ground Base® Squat / High Pull still reinforces full-body stabilisation and controlled force production, it allows for a more guided motion, whereas a traditional barbell squat is not guided.
By reinforcing proper foot positioning, balance, and force production from the ground up, our Ground Base® Squat / High Pull helps athletes build strength and coordination that directly translates to explosive power in sport movements.
